Hag Stone is an Infusion Tarstone in Mortal Shell 2, and it slots into a sidearm. Two sidearms accept it. It levels to 4 at the Tarforge in Marrow Keep, once Franz has the Etching Needles. Bone chest on the upper level of the Infested Den.
