Shattering Stone is a Support Tarstone in Mortal Shell 2, and it slots into a weapon. Eight weapons accept it. It levels to 4 at the Tarforge in Marrow Keep, once Franz has the Etching Needles. Chest beside a house near Tiel the Acolyte's grave.
Effect
Melee attacks deal up to 220% more Stagger Damage, which fills a posture bar far faster than damage does.

Our take
+220% at level 4 is the largest Stagger figure the catalog records, and the Siegebreaker's Stone is the same number for the ranged slot. Note which meter it is pointed at: Stagger fills an enemy's posture, where a Seal's defence fills the Break bar. Those are two ways of opening the same enemy, and this stone only helps with one of them.
