Parasitic Stone is a Combat Tarstone in Mortal Shell 2, and it slots into a weapon. Eight weapons accept it. It levels to 4 at the Tarforge in Marrow Keep, once Franz has the Etching Needles. Locked bone chest inside the Martyr's Tomb dungeon.
Effect
Kills grant up to three stacks of Leech each, so a crowded room is also a heal.

Our take
The only sustain a build without Gragu has that does not come out of a finite item stock. Three Leech stacks a kill — at level 4; one at level 2 — means a room full of weak enemies is a heal, which is exactly the fight where you would otherwise be spending consumables you wanted for the boss.
