Devout Stone is a Support Tarstone in Mortal Shell 2, and it slots into a shell. Eight weapons accept it. It levels to 4 at the Tarforge in Marrow Keep, once Franz has the Etching Needles. Behind a wall mechanism north of the Sester's Gate beacon.
