The Collector is an NPC in Mortal Shell 2, found at Abandoned Outpost.
Our take
The only merchant who is not always there. He sets up south of the Abandoned Outpost beacon and only at night, and four Tarstones name a night-only merchant as the one place to get them — the Fulminant, Infested, Infused and Weeping Stones, of which our records price the first two at 1,500 Coin each. Night is not weather, either: it is a thing you switch on with the Gloombound Flame out of the Great Arbiter of Flesh's ground. A run that never goes looking after dark simply never sees any of them.
