Gragu (NPC) is the shell in Mortal Shell 2, found at One-Legged Wolf Tavern.

Our take
The only Shell you meet before you inhabit it. Gragu is alive and hungry at a table in the tavern, and unlike every other Shell — which are simply dead and available — he has to eat the Heart of Vatra first. Bringing it to him is the whole of the questline.
