Wortbriar Encampment is a place in Fainweald, one of the three regions of Mortal Shell 2.
Our take
Cleansing the Sunken Village beacon opens it. The Corroded Stone is at the bottom of a pit inside, down a route the dungeon does not signpost, and it is what gives a sidearm damage over time.
