What it does
Heals a small amount when picked up. For each 100 in inventory, adds +5 maximum health to all characters.
Our take
Worth picking up twice over: each one heals a little on the ground, a hundred of them permanently raises everyone's health, and one of them handed to Gorf at Widow's Overlook comes back as a Marsh Pearl.
