Slumwater Drain is one of 49 beacons in Mortal Shell 2 — cleanse it and it becomes somewhere you can travel back to. It is the way into Central Sewers.
How to light it
This beacon is hidden inside a sewer grate in the first room of the Slumwater Drain. From the entrance, head right and look for the broken grate beside the torch.
