Companion Pets Unlock Guide

A complete breakdown of free-to-play companion pets, their permanent passive bonuses, and the best stages to farm 5,000 mob kills to unlock them.

Pets in Task Bar Hero are permanent account-wide boosters. Once unlocked, their passive multipliers apply automatically and stack together. You do not need to equip or swap pets to activate their benefits.

1. Free-to-Play Companion Pets

You can unlock free pets by defeating 5,000 monsters of a specific type. Once unlocked, check their stats on the Pets Database.

Prioritize unlocking the Bat first. Its combined bonus to EXP and Common Chest drop rate makes it the most effective early-game progression pet.

Check monster stats and spawn behaviors in the Monsters Database, and look up loot tables for these locations in the Stages Catalog.

2. Premium DLC Companion Pets

These companion pets are available exclusively by purchasing the Supporter Pack DLC:

- Dragon: +20% Common Chest Drop Chance, +15% Gold, +20% EXP.

- Sword: +15% EXP.

- Butterfly: +10% Gold per Kill.
